OUR HOLISTIC APPROACH

OUR HOLISTIC APPROACH

OUR HOLISTIC APPROACH:

  • Take the extra time to holistically understand the root cause of your condition.
  • Once the root cause is determined, understand how it behaves like a raindrop in a pond, having ripple effects in many aspects of your health and your life.
  • Use hypnosis to help diagnose and treat the deepest root psycho-emotional-spiritual cause of your condition.
  • Use hypnosis to change your underlying unconscious thoughts to those conducive to healing.
  • Use hypnosis to reprogram your mind to alter the body’s physiology.
  • We do “analytical hypnosis” instead of “suggestive hypnosis.”
  • Use hypnosis that dismantles disempowering thoughts instead of suppressing those thoughts with hypnotic suggestions that require constant repetition.
  • Only use hypnosis backed by robust scientific understandings and research.
  • Treat everyone with the utmost compassion.

Wholistically treating an underlying condition means taking the extra time to understand its underlying root causes.

Example of Holistic Hypnosis for Sleep

An example of our approach can be for someone who suffers from insomnia and requests hypnosis for sleep. They have trouble getting to sleep, staying asleep, and have restless, an unrefreshing night of sleep, and wake up tired. But because they don’t realize that hypnosis can effectively treat fibromyalgia pain, fatigue, hypertension, and irritable bowel syndrome, they don’t even mention them.

They often say that they find temporary improvement in their sleep through medication, oils, teas, lifestyle changes and sleep hygiene techniques.

We find that although these approaches are safe and sometimes effective since the root cause of their insomnia is often not addressed the person may need to continue using these medications and supplements for the rest of their life and since the root cause had not been addressed, this may result in a worsening of their other medical conditions.

But instead of putting them on medications or supplements for the rest of their life or doing suggestive hypnosis for temporary improvement of their insomnia, by treating the root cause of their insomnia using analytical hypnosis, other symptoms also often improve.

          Suggestive Vs. Analytical Hypnosis

Suggestive hypnosis is a technique used by many hypnotists that often involves reading a script that overlays suggestions onto the unconscious mind. Suggestive hypnosis is also the type of hypnosis used when listening to a hypnosis recording.

The problem with suggestive hypnosis is that it often only results in temporary improvement and requires many sessions. This is because unless the root cause of the condition is addressed, the underlying cause remains.

By using analytical hypnosis to find the superficial root cause of anxiety and discovering the deeper root cause by doing past life regression, and identifying the deeper cause of their anxiety and treating that, not only the insomnia improves, but the other symptoms they didn’t initially mention resolve as well.

Analytical hypnosis is the process of finding and treating the unconscious thoughts driving an unwanted behavior or condition. There are Past life regression can be used to help in this process.
